The Four Nations
Earth Kingdom The largest continent of all the Nations. Home to the Grand City of Ba Sing Se and Omashu, The Earth Kingdom littered with a vast array of terrain and small villages
Fire Nation The Fire Nation Capitol Home to the royal family and governors. Also home to Ember island, a now famous resort location. There are a few villages, but the land in the Fire Nation is relatively not easily to build on.
Water Tribe Water Tribe is comprised of two sister tribes, the northern water bender tribe and the southern water bender tribe. The two have had close relations since the war. Most of the land is frozen over and surrounded by Ice.
Air Temples There are four Air Temples, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western. For many years they have been deserted, aside from the few refugees who call them home.
It has been a year and a half since the Avatar stopped the Phoenix king from destroying the Earth Kingdom. Things in the Four nations seem to be returning to normal. Aside from a few rouge bandits there is peace all though the lands. Zuko has settled into being the Fire Lord. And has begun searching for his mother. Though the fire Nation has opened up to tourists, and travelers of other nations it is still not completely trusted by the other nations and is on a constant watch. Azula is being held at Boiling Rock, and often ends up in the cooler. Ty-Lee is living happily on Kyoshi Island. Ozai is in the same prison as Iroh was kept, but after having his Bending ability removed in such a violent fashion, his health is suffering. Mai lives happily in the palace with Zuko and her family have moved back into there home across the way from the palace. The fire nation still has a military, but it is not as large as it once was.
Sokka has settled in with Suki on Kyoshi Island. The rest of the Earth Kingdom seems to be returning to normal. Towns and lives are being rebuilt. The Earth King is now a main focus in the lives of the people in his lands. And the Dai Li are loyal to only the King. Omashu is again n the hands of King Bumi. Toph has returned to her home and made her parents see that she can handle herself. She took over the Earth bending academy and now teaches earth bending and metal bending. Iroh still runs the Jasmine Dragon in Da Sing Se
The Northern water tribes have been assisting there sister tribe rebuild there lives. And the swamp water benders have connected themselves to the two water tribes. The rule that only men can bend has been lifted permanently and Master Pakku is back in the north at his school.
Aang and Katara travel the country side selling jewelry that Aang makes, and Katara is seen as a traveling doctor. Aang is also on a search to find any way to return the Air nomads to the temples. Aside form that, they all seem to be living peacefully.
But a new evil is brewing. And the Avatar will be called forth once more.
